Welcome to The Patterson Duck Club!

  
​The Patterson Duck Club subdivision was developed in 1991 and comprises approximately 32 homes and 40+ lots. The community is located off Stormy Point Rd and Highway 265 within Stone County, Missouri.  It is incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in the state of Missouri.
This community offers the best in residential “lake life” on Table Rock Lake with the added convenience of being minutes from both Branson,  Branson West, Silver Dollar City and the many other attractions within the area.   Many of its homeowners also own boat slips located at the two boat docks below the development.   In addition, the community owns and maintains its own water and sewage systems.
This diverse community consists of all types of families ranging from young professionals to retirees and serves as both primary residences and/or weekend/vacation second homes.  All homeowners are members of The Patterson Duck Club Association governed by the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions of Patterson Duck Club, as amended by the Board of Directors.
